• How can I get the lid open?

    The lids may be tightly sealed as part of the sanitising process of pasteurisation and retorting. Use a spoon to gently lever the side of the lid and allow air to enter, then proceed to open the jar by twisting the cap as you would normally.

  • How do you store the food?

    CHOW food products should be stored in the refrigerator, or in the freezer for long term keeping.

    If frozen, please allow the jar to defrost at room temperature for 24 hours prior to feeding, avoid hard contact to the jar or exposure to extreme opposing temperatures. DO NOT BOIL FROZEN JARS

  • What is the best way to store the food?

    As we deliver a fresh batch weekly, we suggest keeping the jars stored in the fridge. Clients receiving 3 or less jars may consider placing 1 jar in the freezer; this should be taken out to room temperature 24 hours prior to serving your dog.

  • Can I customise the recipe?

    All our meals are completely customisable to your dogs needs whether preferential or health related and is made based on vet-recommendations.

  • Can I choose to feed my dog only one of the recipes?

    It is your choice 🙂

    However, we do not advise this, as our recipes work together to provide a balanced diet and vitamin intake as recommended by veterinarians.

    CHOW food is cooked fresh and delivered every Saturday to your home.
    A delivery charge of 50 thb applies to all purchases under 300 thb.

    Delivery times are as seen below:

    Phuket Town: 13:00 – 14:00
    Cherng Talay/Bang Tao: 13:00 – 14:30
    Kamala: 14:00 – 15:00
    Chalong/Rawai: 14:00 – 15:30
    Thalang: 15:00 – 16:30

  • Delivery times outside of Phuket

    Up to 2 days.

  • What if I am not available during the above mentioned delivery times?

    Kindly contact us so that we can arrange a suitable day and time for your delivery.

    If you simply will not be home, please place the jars in an accessible location for us to retrieve and place the fresh batch.
