Why is CHOW Pet Foods better than regular pet food?
Because CHOW Pet Foods uses real ingredients and simple recipes, rather than heavily processed fillers and artificial additives.
Is CHOW suitable for all dogs?
Yes. CHOW Pet Foods offers a range suitable for different ages, sizes, and dietary needs.
Can I switch from kibble to CHOW?
Yes. Many customers transition from kibble to CHOW.
We recommend a gradual transition:
Start with around 20% CHOW mixed with your current food.
Monitor digestion and increase slowly as your dog adjusts
As CHOW meals are rich and natural, switching too quickly can sometimes cause an upset tummy.
How should I store CHOW?
Keep bagged meals frozen until needed. (Up to 2 Weeks)
Defrost as required.
Serve fresh.
For Jar meals those cannot be frozen, and should be in the fridge
Jar food is good for 10 days max
Will my dog like CHOW?
Yes. CHOW Pet Foods offers a range suitable for different ages, sizes, and dietary needs.
Can I customise the recipe?
All our meals are completely customisable to your dogs needs whether preferential or health related and is made based on vet-recommendations.
Delivery times outside of Phuket
Our CHOW team will be in touch with you regarding any delivery changes.

When is CHOW delivered?
*Applicable to Phuket Only
CHOW food is cooked fresh and delivered every Saturday to your home.
A delivery charge of 50 thb applies to all purchases under 300 thb.
Delivery times are as seen below:
Phuket Town: 13:00 – 14:00
Cherng Talay/Bang Tao: 13:00 – 14:30
Kamala: 14:00 – 15:00
Chalong/Rawai: 14:00 – 15:30
Thalang: 15:00 – 16:30
What if I am not available during the above mentioned delivery times?
*Applicable to Phuket Only
Kindly contact us so that we can arrange a suitable day and time for your delivery.
If you simply will not be home, please place the jars in an accessible location for us to retrieve and place the fresh batch.
Can I change my delivery location each week?
Yes, kindly provide us with this information 3 days prior to the delivery day.
